Coach Michael has been involved with USA Masters since 1999, and is a 2-time Masters National Champion and Open Water Nationals Silver Medalist.

Practice Schedule:

Tuesday - 5:30-6:30am

Wednesday - Noon-1pm

Friday: 6-7am; Noon to 1pm

Saturday: 9-10am
